This is an interactive course which helps you to increase your energy levels, become more active and feel healthier.
Portion 1 - Nutrition
Learn about foods which support good health and fitness. We will look at the Eatwell Plate and learn about food labels that can sometimes be misleading.
Portion 2 - Get Moving
In this session, we will discuss fun ways to incorporate exercise into your daily routine and share ideas for getting motivated. (Referral to discounted gym and personal trainers).
Portion 3 - Unleash the Beauty Within
Self-image shapes motivation to keep healthy. In this session we
- Explore language we sometimes use: I’m fat, I’m plain, I can’t
- Tips on creating a positive mindset, self-image, feeling healthy and feeling attractive
- Explore positive affirmations and learners can make some up
