Special Olympics Multi-sports Club

Description

This is a multi-sports club ran for young people aged 14 years and above, and adults - who must have some level of learning disability to access the club.

Activities include sports such as: boccia, table tennis, badminton, basketball, football and occasionally athletics.  We will also occasionally hold activities such as: discos and parties, so are also a social club in addition to multi-sports club.

There are experienced coaches and volunteers who staff the club; they are there to facilitate the activities and assist during the session.  They are unable to offer one-to-one support; therefore if this level of support is required, you can bring along a support worker to accompany and support you at the club - support workers can enter free of cost and are welcome to take part in the activities.

Please contact the club directly if you would like to discuss or find out any more, or alternatively you can just turn up on the day to take part in a session.
