Qualified coaches in Leicester, Hinckley, Coalville and Melton Mowbray can help support people to find employment.

Working with anyone over the age of 16 who is not in paid employment and has the right to work in the UK who may have barriers into employment.  

Our free service offers holistic support to help people into employment and training. We can help with:

  • Writing CVs
  • Completing application forms
  • Interview preparation
  • Accessing training/education
  • Gaining new skills
  • Confidence building
  • Job search skills & techniques
  • Homelessness and housing advice
  • Support with managing your health
  • Benefits and debt advice
  • Business start up advice

Brighter Futures takes people on a motivational journey. When you enrol, a Community Coach will get to know you and your goals and aspirations. Together you will overcome obstacles in your life through a combination of coaching, mentoring, volunteering, training and more.  Learning and work make us healthier and happier, less lonely, and give us more financial security. Brighter Futures helps people to improve all aspects of their lives by helping clients to get into education, employment and holistic social inclusion.
