I have worked as a support worker and I am currently a learning coach within South Leicestershire College for learners from 15-24 years of age with a variation of disabilities (ASD, cerebral palsy, down syndrome, ADHD etc). I have also volunteered in the past in my home country as a therapeutic horse riding instructor for individuals with disabilities.
I am also waiting for my masters results currently (MA in Autism), a degree which helped me a lot to have a better understanding of autism through case studies, theories, and the psychological aspects of the condition. I am really keen on working with children or/and adults with disabilities and I will be more than happy to help out in whichever way I can. I can only do evening and weekends I am afraid though since I am working 9-5 at the college at the moment.
