FOCUS - Breathing Space
Breathing Space is a project that supports young people to develop the self-confidence and coping strategies to address mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, self-harm, eating disorder and others.
The project uses an allotment as a base and young people will develop skills in project management, communication, leadership, and practical gardening skills.
Participants will work in small teams, supported by staff and trained volunteers and will also have opportunities to attend camping trips and to take on their own community projects.
